Is ordering items from Asher Kids store secure?

Our mission is focused on our customers getting our quality products. We have flexible or alternative methods of payments to ensure trust is achieved on both sides.
Can I use my coupon online?
During checkout you will see the option for redeeming your coupon. Enter the voucher code in the coupon code field and click apply coupon
How many coupons can I redeem online in one order?
You can only redeem one coupon online per order

How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your finalorder.
You will also receive confirmation via SMS/e-mail that we have received your order and confirm too you when you will receive the purchased item.
How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” check box to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the “Update cart” link.
How can I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?
If you have previously purchased an item on Asher Kids Store then you go to login at the upper right corner, add your login details and you will be allowed to edit your profile.
How do I contact the courier who will deliver to me?
Once you finish shopping you will receive an email notification on your invoice and an alert on when the parcel will be delivered. A contact number and email address will also be shared for easy communication on both sides.
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order. Contact our sales team immediately. If you do not receive a response within 12 hours kindly call or send a whatsApp message before its being processed. After 12 hours it is difficult to cancel your order.
How long does my gift card last?
These are the terms of your gift card:
- The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- One can use part of the gift card to pay for an order.
- You do not need to use the full amount in one purchase.
